Step 1: Turn Off The printer
Turn off your printer and plug out the power cord. Try and Gently open the printer’s front cover.
Step 2: Trays & Covers
The Brother printer accumulates various trays and covers. You can work with these parts to clear any paper jam.
Start with pulling out the paper tray gently. Pull out the tray with a little force. Do not try and apply too much pressure.
Gently take out the drum unit and toner cartridge assembly. Pull these out one by one.
Losing the toner and the cartridge may release the jammed paper.

Step 3: Set Toner & Drum

Clear all paper jams. Sometimes paper gets torn, and the little paper bits get stuck everywhere in the machine.
Use tweezers to reach the narrow areas. Make sure you take out every bit of stuck paper.
If by chance any of the paper bit left somewhere in your machine; the Borrower will keep showing.
Turn on the printer. Most probably the paper jam LED light will stop showing up now. Your issue will get back online from offline status.
